EUTHABAG Costa Rica Contest

1. Sponsor

   The contest is sponsored by Solutions Vetceterra Inc., doing business as EUTHABAG (“EUTHABAG” or the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period

   The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026.

3. Eligibility

   The contest is open to eligible veterinary practices located in the United Kingdom.

   This contest is also offered in other participating markets under market-specific entry methods and contest pages.

   Any individual submitting an entry on behalf of a veterinary practice must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and be authorized to act on behalf of the practice.

   The prize will be awarded to the veterinary practice associated with the winning entry, not to the individual who submitted the entry.

   Employees of the Sponsor and individuals directly involved in the administration of the contest are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

   Entry methods vary by market. The methods described below apply to veterinary practices located in the United Kingdom. Veterinary practices located in France must follow the entry methods described on the French contest page, while veterinary practices in all other participating markets must follow the entry methods described on the general contest page.

   Eligible entries may be obtained as follows:

   a) Qualifying Orders
   Receive one (1) entry for each qualifying EUTHABAG order with a pre-tax value of £150 placed during the Contest Period through a participating distributor or wholesaler listed on the UK contest page.

   To ensure your entry is counted, the qualifying order must be registered using the contest form on the UK contest page.

   A separate registration may be submitted for each eligible order placed during the Contest Period.

   Cancelled or fully refunded orders are not eligible.required. Participating distributors will provide EUTHABAG with the information required to identify qualifying orders.

   b) EUTHABAG Commitment
   Receive ten (10) entries when your veterinary practice completes the applicable contest form and commits to using EUTHABAG for all deceased patients, whether cremated or buried.

   Limit of one (1) commitment form per veterinary practice.

   c) No-Purchase Entry
   No purchase is necessary to enter. To receive one (1) entry without making a purchase, send a handwritten request including your name, veterinary practice name and contact information to:

   Each eligible request must be submitted separately and will receive one (1) entry. No-purchase entries will be treated equally with entries obtained through qualifying orders for purposes of the random draw.

   Requests must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026 and received by the Sponsor no later than January 8, 2027.

5. Odds of Winning

   All eligible entries received across all contest pages will be combined into one prize pool. One Grand Prize will be awarded across all participating markets.

   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all participating markets and all eligible methods of entry.

6. Grand Prize

   One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

   The winning veterinary practice will choose two members of its staff to enjoy the trip to Costa Rica.

   The prize includes:

   • £500 airfare credit per guest, for a total airfare credit of £1,000

   • £1,000 accommodation credit toward a one-week stay at the designated tropical eco-lodge in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica

   The approximate total prize value is £2,000. Prize values are determined separately for each participating market and are stated in the applicable local currency. Values may differ when converted into another currency.

   Any costs exceeding the applicable credits are the responsibility of the winning veterinary practice and/or travelers. Any unused portion of a credit has no cash value.

7. Travel and Accommodation

   Travel dates are subject to availability shown on the designated eco-lodge’s Airbnb calendar. The winning practice may select available travel dates within 12 months of being confirmed as the winner.

   The accommodation credit applies only to the designated eco-lodge and cannot be transferred to another accommodation at the winner’s request.

   The travelers are responsible for obtaining all required passports, travel documents, insurance and permissions necessary to travel to Costa Rica.

   Airbnb is not a sponsor of, affiliated with or otherwise responsible for this contest.

8. Expenses Not Included

   The winning veterinary practice and the two travelers are responsible for all expenses not expressly included in the prize, including any portion of airfare or accommodation costs exceeding the credits provided, meals, local transportation, travel insurance, baggage fees, passports and other travel documents, as well as personal expenses.

   The travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have all required travel documents and meet all applicable requirements for entry into Costa Rica.

9. Winner Selection

   EUTHABAG will conduct the random draw no later than January 20, 2027 from all eligible entries received across all participating markets.

   The veterinary practice associated with the entry selected in the draw will be considered the potential winner.

   If the selected veterinary practice is located in Canada, an authorized representative of the practice must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before the practice can be declared the winner.

   If the applicable eligibility requirements are not satisfied, another potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Winner Notification

    The potential winning veterinary practice will be contacted by email or telephone within 20 days after the end of the Contest Period.

    The practice must respond within three (3) days of the first notification attempt to claim the prize.

    If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required period, declines the prize or does not meet the eligibility requirements, another entry may be selected at random.

11. Verification

    The Sponsor may require the potential winner and/or selected travelers to provide reasonable documentation confirming eligibility and to sign an eligibility declaration, liability release or other documentation required by applicable law.

    Any requested documents must be returned within seven (7) days, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor.

12. Taxes

    The winning veterinary practice and/or prize recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or tax obligations arising from the prize, where applicable. The Sponsor may require tax or other documentation as required by applicable law.

13. Prize Substitution and Transfer

    The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another veterinary practice.

    If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute that portion with a prize or benefit of equal or greater value.

14. Publicity Release

    Subject to applicable laws, the Sponsor may publish or otherwise make available information confirming that a valid award took place, including the name and general location of the winning veterinary practice. Where required by applicable law or regulation, the winner may object to the publication of personal information or request that the amount of information published be reduced.

    The winning veterinary practice and the two travelers may also be invited to authorize the use of their names, likenesses and/or voices for communications and promotional purposes related to the contest. Any additional consent required by applicable law will be obtained separately.

15. Privacy

    Personal information collected in connection with the contest will be used to administer the contest, verify eligibility, conduct the draw and contact the winning veterinary practice.

    Information submitted through the contest forms will be used by the Sponsor to identify and verify qualifying entries. The Sponsor may contact participating distributors or wholesalers where reasonably necessary to verify a qualifying order.

    Participation in the contest does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any consent to receive such communications will be obtained separately, where required, in accordance with applicable laws.

16. General Conditions

    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the contest.

    The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated contrary to these Rules or otherwise fail to comply with these Rules.

    The contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

17. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, by participating in the contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, participating distributors and agencies from any liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

18. Official Rules

    These Official Rules govern the contest. In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Rules will govern, subject to applicable law.
